Long Summary

This article examines the relationship between individualised funding for people with disabilities and their caregiver’s experience in paid employment. Findings suggest that caregivers are less likely to experience turnover in paid employment when the person they care for receives highly effective individualised funding. This in turn has a positive impact on the wellbeing of people with autism, the focus group for this study.
